Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Production Associate based in Gamaliel, KY. The Production Associate will assist with day-to-day manufacturing tasks, including making hats, shirts, and other apparel. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to meet timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience or ability in Production Assistance and familiarity with working on hats and t-shirts
- Knowledge of Machine Operation and willingness to handle heat presses and sewing machines
- Skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with standards
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work Independently and Responsibly
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production settings is a plus
