WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
- Responsible for vacuuming, wiping out, and removal of rubbish from the inside of machines.
- Clean and test card readers.
- Clean and calibrate bill acceptors.
- Clean and test buttons and lights.
- Clean and test printers.
- Clean and test all locking mechanisms on floor equipment or gaming devices.
- Replace machine lighting as needed.
- Document work in maintenance tracking website.
- Open service issues for machines/components that fail testing or needing repair.
- Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to gain mechanical aptitude, knowledge, and skills for electronic games.
HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to read and understand all safety labeling and cautions on equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
