Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for tasks like floor care, and surface sanitation.
• Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on service completion, and address any special requests or concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including dusting, floor cleaning, and surface sanitation.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time effectively to complete tasks promptly.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during outdoor work or indoor chores.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
• Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus; flexibility to adapt to various residential settings is essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper usage protocols.
