Responsibilities
- Respond to customer contacts for parts requests
- Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
- Answer customer questions about aircraft parts, part fitment and application, and order process
- Utilize Company Sales software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive sales
- Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; College graduates are welcome to apply
- A valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Prior sales experience in an Inside Sales setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
- New Sales Representatives start at a negotiated hourly rate during the 3-6 month training period
- Once training is complete, Sales Reps are paid on a straight Commission schedule.
