Qualifications
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and Behavioral Intervention strategies
- Strong foundational knowledge of Psychology concepts and principles
- Excellent Communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with children, families, and team members
- Experience or training in Early Education to support developmental goals
- A passion for working with children and families to foster personal and behavioral development
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations in the San Marcos, CA area
