What You’ll Do
- Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and data-driven treatment adjustments
- Provide parent/caregiver training for skill generalization
- Lead, mentor, and train staff while ensuring BACB compliance
- Collaborate with families and professionals for best outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA Certification (Required)
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Willing to travel locally (approx. 70–75% within 30 miles)
