As a technician at MTP, you’ll be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, rebuilding, and testing complex mechanical systems used by our armed forces. What You’ll Do:
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild drivetrain components
- Use technical manuals and testing machines to verify performance
- Enter data in ERP systems
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production and shipping goals

What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of relevant mechanical, automotive, or technical experience
- High school diploma (automotive/technical education preferred)
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Prior military, automotive, or remanufacturing experience
- Experience reading technical manuals or using diagnostic/testing tools
