Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a Finish Carpenter and bring precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every project. In this role, you will be responsible for completing high-quality interior and exterior finish work on custom built saunas. Your expertise in trim, cabinetry, door hanging, and other finish carpentry tasks will help transform spaces into polished, functional environments. Duties

  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with precision and care
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to ensure accurate execution of finish work
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as sanding, caulking, and sealing surfaces
  • Perform framing, drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, and siding installation as needed for comprehensive project completion
  • Conduct restoration work and general repairs to restore structures to their original condition
  • Collaborate with team members on heavy lifting, fabrication, metal stud framing
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in finish carpentry including trim work, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture setup
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Skilled in using hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) safely and effectively
  • Experience with framing carpentry, metal stud framing or drywall finishing is preferred
  • Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job throughout the day
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations applicable to construction sites
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in all aspects of finish work
