What You'll Do- Recruit and identify top sales talent through multiple sourcing channels.
- Conduct phone interviews and screen candidates.
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build relationships with colleges, athletic organizations, and networking groups.
- Help shape the growth of our expanding organization.
- Work closely with leadership to develop recruiting strategies that support our rapid expansion.
