What will your job look like?
MTM Transit in partnership with the City of Perrysburg, Ohio is looking for Part Time Drivers to join our team in Perrysburg. We currently have training classes that start regularly!

What You'll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a valid Ohio Class D Driver's License or ability to obtain
Valid U.S. Driver's License for the past 5 years
No DUI or DWI convictions
Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
Must pass criminal background check investigation
Possess valid authorization to work in the United States
Must be available Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends
Skills:
Ability to use a tablet, GPS, two-way radio, or other electronicdevice
Ability to maintain high level ofconfidentiality
Ability to communicate with others and comprehendinstructions
Ability to understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, andschedules
Ability to obtain knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOTregulations
Familiarity with the main roadways and major highways in the servicearea
What You'll Do:
Provide safe and reliabletransportation
Demonstrateexcellentdefensivedrivingskills
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and externalstakeholders
Must assist with passenger loading and unloading fromvehicle
Must assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safetyprotocols
Ensure the on-time pick-up and drop off of thecustomer
Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals withdisabilities
Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections asrequired
Complete paperwork asrequired
Utilize tablets or electronic devices asrequired
