- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, create prototypes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive technical decisions, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to SOLID principles and best practices.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development across teams.
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security implementations.
- Mentor and guide development teams on React, TypeScript, and modern front-end patterns.
- Integrate front-end solutions with backend services and APIs.
- Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in front-end development, with 5 years in React architecture/design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and SPA development.
- Expertise in state management (Redux or similar), React Router, and component-driven architecture.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Experience with Webpack, NPM, and modern build tools.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Selenium).
- Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and token-based security solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
