ER RN – Flex Team | Night Shift

Location: Springfield, MA 01199
Facility: Baystate Medical Center
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 available | Up to 48 Hours/Week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Pay Package

Total Pay Package: $79/hour
Weekly Gross: $2,844/week
W2 Taxable: $45.00/hour ($1,620/week)
Non-Taxable Per Diem: $34.00/hour ($1,224/week)

Overtime: Applicable after 40 hours at 1.5x the W2 hourly rate.

Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts RN License

  • Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience

  • BLS and ACLS required
