The Quality Assurance Technician helps to assure consistent quality of production by validating processes and providing documentation.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist with corrective actions, data gathering, documentation, and internal audits as required.
- Maintain assembly and inspection records, receiving inspection documentation, and other documentation as required using methods to ensure easy access.
- Create measurement programs for the CMM.
- Operate the CMM to measure parts.
- Perform inspection using manual and automated equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, vision systems, CMM, and others as needed.
- Follow product release procedures as required, ensuring conforming product and documentation prior to shipment.
- Provide production support as needed.
- Assist with external or customer audits.
- Ensure production is meeting all customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Other duties as required or delegated by your manager or supervisor.
