Parts Manager

MTI is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow our Parts Department. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for inventory management, customer satisfaction, team development, operational performance, and departmental profitability. The ideal candidate will drive parts sales, maximize inventory effectiveness, and deliver exceptional customer service while leading a high-performing team.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Parts Customer Service Representatives.
• Drive parts sales growth and achieve revenue and gross margin goals.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, accuracy, and fill-rate performance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Monitor department KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and vendor representatives to support business growth and continuous improvement.
• Assist with daily parts operations and customer transactions as needed.

• 3 years of experience in parts operations, inventory management, dealership operations, or a related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in turf, agricultural, construction, automotive, powersports, or related equipment industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, customer service, and operational performance.
• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Full-time onsite position, Monday through Friday.
