You’ll be working in the Chief Data Officer (CDO) Office that leads implementation of the Data Management Policy and Framework at Wealth Management Americas. You will be working with the SMEs across business functions and technology to ensure critical data is managed according the Data Management Framework standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of scoping, assessing, and managing Key Data Outputs
- Partner with data management stakeholders to map data flows for Key Data Outputs and document collected metadata in the Data Governance Platform
- Drive the process to identifying, assessing and managing master and/or authoritative sources for the WMA data domains
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and mature best practices for data definition, creation and consumption
- Partner with IT and business SMEs to narrow down list of datasets that master the data
- Profile and analyze data to develop insights and enable proper management of KDEs
- Drive resolution of business rule conflicts among consuming applications and user communities
- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines
Experience Required:
- Proven track record of successful initiatives to standardize information, improve data accessibility and quality, and deliver business value through effective data management
- Strong working knowledge of Cloud, Relational & Dimensional modeling, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica), Data Governance and Data Quality tools
- Solid knowledge of Data Quality and Data Management practices
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to adapt to change and to detect and respond to evolving business needs
- 8 years of experience in the data industry with 3 years towards delivering Data Management initiatives at large multi-business unit organizations.
- Excellent communicator, with great and interpersonal skills and ability to prepare executive presentations

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The base pay rate for this position is $100,000- $115,000 USD.
This pay rate represents mthree's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting and based on the locations listed in the job advertisement. It is anticipated that qualified candidates selected for a placement will receive this pay rate as a starting salary once onsite with the mthree client, however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
