To help customers with home energy and charging products. This role focuses on resolving technical issues, supporting customers over the phone, and ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot home charging or energy equipment
- Perform remote diagnostics and provide clear repair or replacement guidance
- Record details in Salesforce and follow up on open cases
- Coordinate with logistics for replacement parts or service scheduling
- Support warranty claims and documentation
- Share feedback and ideas to improve service quality
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience working with electrical components
- Experience in customer service or call center environment
- Strong technical, IT, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and time management abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Associate degree or trade certification in an electrical or technical field
