Duties
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee cash handling procedures while ensuring accuracy in transactions
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures for efficient transaction
- Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of store operations.
- Strong organizational skills for inventory control, merchandising, stocking, and administrative tasks.
