We’re looking for a Financial Analyst – Orthopaedics to join our growing Finance team. This role is your chance to combine analytical excellence with purpose-driven work. You’ll serve as the strategic financial partner for the Orthopaedics Franchise (DBM, Fresh, Gen Ortho, Tendons, and External Products), driving insights for a portfolio generating $300M in annual sales. Your work will guide key business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and shape the future of patient-impacting innovations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead annual and periodic budgeting and forecasting for the Orthopaedics Franchise
- Deliver monthly financial reports and variance analyses to track performance and uncover trends
- Develop dynamic financial models for new products, R&D, pricing, and customer growth initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to identify cost savings and strategic investment opportunities
- Create standardized financial dashboards and tools to enhance visibility and efficiency
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decisions
- Conduct financial performance reviews with business unit leaders to ensure goals are met
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 5 years of financial analysis experience (healthcare or life sciences preferred)
- Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
