As our next CNC Production Setup Machinist on 2nd Shift, your expertise will turn blueprints into mission-critical parts—every dimension, every tolerance, every time.

Your Mission

• Translate engineering drawings into machine-ready dimensions and setups
• Set up and operate CNC equipment for drilling, milling, grinding, and turning
• Read and apply blueprints with keyways for shaft production
• Monitor cycles, adjust tooling/offsets, and maintain process stability
• Verify accuracy and consistency through thorough inspection
• Execute basic preventive maintenance to sustain performance

• Flawless interpretation of blueprints, gauges, and keyway specs
• Consistent part quality backed by precise metrology and gauge use
• Efficient setups and changeovers that keep production moving
  
  

Capabilities You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of CNC/manufacturing experience
• Preferred background with lathes and/or horizontal mills
• Detail orientation and strong problem-solving instincts
• Ability to excel independently and collaborate within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
