We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines and other industrial equipment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment uptime, production efficiency, and overall plant reliability. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and other production equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and systems
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Troubleshoot electrical systems including PLCs, sensors, and controls
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience repairing CNC machines preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic PLC troubleshooting
Automotive maintenance experience is considered and welcomed
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
CNC-specific maintenance experience (mills, lathes, etc.)
Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls
Welding and fabrication experience a plus
