This role involves ensuring that robotic mowers are properly configured and maintained to deliver optimal performance for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform setup and installation of Husqvarna robotic mowers at customer sites
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of robotic mowers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic mower operation, including software and hardware components.
- Provide on-site technical support, guiding customers through the operation and features of their robotic mowers.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service activities.
- Follow safety protocols during all setup and servicing procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and instruction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple installation or service appointments effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
