As a Branch Manager at MTE Equipment Solutions, Inc. you will be the leader of our quickly expanding local branch. Additional duties include the following:
- Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, and high-quality customer service among parts, service, and in-house sales.
- Oversee the building and grounds of the branch, including relationships with vendors related to such activities (cleaning service / landscapers / snow removal).
- Oversee maintenance/management of all branch assets.
- Manage communication between other business locations.
- Oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing
- Other duties assigned as needed
Job Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of successful management experience.
- Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience in the equipment industry preferred
- Strong sales and customer service experience, outside sales experience preferred.
