What You'll Do (In-person)- Serve as a seasoned social work consultant in long-term care facilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions
- Complete mood and symptom-based screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors
- Provide in-service education
- Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
