Duties
- Assist skilled workers in their daily tasks, providing support as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and maintaining equipment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
- Help with the organization of materials and supplies on-site.
Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction or manual labor techniques is required.
- Experience in painting, drywall, plaster and stucco.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
