Key Responsibilities
- · Participate in a structured training program covering all departments: operations, sales, customer service, finance, and inventory.
- · Shadow department managers and assist with daily tasks to gain hands-on experience.
- · Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- · Assist in scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation.
- · Develop skills in team supervision, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- · Take on small leadership projects under guidance to prepare for future management responsibilities.
- · Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to reporting and analysis.
- · Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- · Support customer service initiatives and maintain positive vendor relationships.
