What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nurse - RN, LPN, or CNA position at MT. VERNON SENIOR HIGH?
Provide the fullest possible educational opportunity for each district student by minimizing absence due to illness and creating a climate of health and well-being in the district schools. The head school nurse will perform additional duties to ensure all school buildings meet state requirements.
A valid state license to practice as an RN, LPN, or CNA is required. Salary is based on licensure.
Effective date: August 5, 2026
NOTE: This is a 183 days/yr position.
