Mt. Vernon Senior High School is seeking a highly qualified Head Coach to lead our Boys and Girls Swimming & Diving program while embracing and advancing our LevelUp culture through a K–12 aligned, student-centered approach. This position is more than a coaching role—it is a leadership opportunity to build upon one of the most consistently successful programs at Mt. Vernon, while continuing to develop both our returning athletes and the next generation of Wildcats.

Preferred Qualifications
- Coaching experience in swimming and/or diving (head or assistant preferred)
- Teaching experience preferred; all teaching positions will be considered
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to long-term, student-centered program development
- Ability to build relationships and sustain a positive program culture

Stipend: $17,040 per school year/season (ECA stipend total for Aquatics Director JH, Boys' Head Swim Coach SH, Girls' Head Swim coach SH)
