- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Hunter mentality - energized by chasing leads and closing deals
- Resilient and self-motivated with a strong drive to win
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visit
