Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Administrator/Bid Coordinator located in Reno, NV. The primary responsibilities include managing contracts, coordinating bids, negotiating terms, and overseeing contract compliance. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are efficient and align with company goals. Additional duties include maintaining contract records, analyzing data, and supporting administrative functions related to contracts and bidding processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management, with the ability to maintain compliance and enforce terms effectively.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact with team members, clients, and vendors clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and practices to ensure efficiency in sourcing and managing vendor relationships.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in the construction or HVAC industry is desirable but not required.
