We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing team. The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing crews and overseeing projects, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring client satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and team-focused.
Overview
Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews
Serve as onsite quality control and safety specialist, ensuring everyone in the field and onsite adheres to safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times.
Maintain professional and clear communication with the clients, crews, suppliers, and internal teams
Communicate with clients and team to address any concerns or issues.
Provide guidance and support to roofing crews.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in roofing and exterior remodeling
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Confidence to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Experience in reading work orders
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proven leadership skills with a diverse workforce
Excellent time management skills
Must maintain a clean driving record to drive company vehicles and obtain permits
Must be able to travel within a 90-mile radius of the office.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on rooftops
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work in extreme environments

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
