Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling is growing FAST and we’re looking for driven Entry Level Sales to help us expand our reach and set appointments for homeowners interested in exterior home improvements.
We’re on track for $15M in revenue next year, and our Entry Level Sales team is a huge part of that success. Join a company with a 45-year local reputation, and a product line homeowners love:windows, doors, roofing, siding, and bathroom remodeling.
What You’ll Do
- Engaging with homeowners in pre-selected neighborhoods within an hour of our Pittsburgh office
- Build rapport and trust with potential homeowners and generate free in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales department.
- Represent a trusted brand with premium products and unbeatable service
- Use this experience as a stepping stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career.
What You’ll Earn
- Base Pay plus multiple Bonuses and Commissions
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, AND Annual bonuses, paid out fast
- Total Compensation Potential: $50,000-$100,000 per year (a current rep averaged $54 per hour in his first month with us!!)
