Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is Western PA’s most award-winning home improvement contractor, proudly serving homeowners for 50 years! We specialize in Roofing, Siding, Windows, Doors, and Full Bathroom Remodels, delivering top-quality craftsmanship to our customers.
We’re looking for motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador Associates to engage with homeowners and set appointments for free estimates on our premium home improvement services. No selling—just setting appointments! If you’re a great communicator and enjoy meeting new people, this is your opportunity to earn BIG with unlimited commission potential!
This role offers uncapped commission in addition to a base salary. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) during their first year. The base pay starts at $15 per hour and varies based on factors such as work experience, education.
PURPOSE: Brand Ambassadors play a crucial part in generating high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing. Your primary goal is to engage with potential customers, gather valuable information, and accurately document data related to the target market area
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Valid driver's License with a clean driving record
· Reliable transportation to navigate through the territory
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated
· Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets
· Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify and engage potential customers
· Drive self to assigned territory and work independently while representing Mt Pleasant Window & Remodeling at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing our brand
· Attend company meetings as required.
