Position Summary

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is currently seeking a Roofing & Siding Production Manager to oversee all phases of roofing and siding installation projects from contract execution through final completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between the sales team, homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Manager works closely with subcontractors to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful project outcomes while upholding the company's commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

• Manage residential roofing and siding projects from production scheduling through completion.
• Review sold contracts and scopes of work for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and job site inspections.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules to maximize production efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact timelines or customer satisfaction.

Customer Relations

• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.

Contractor & Crew Management

• Ensure subcontractors and company installers adhere to company quality standards, safety procedures, and installation specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections before, during, and after installation.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and maintain accountability for workmanship.

Sales & Operations Coordination

• Review measurements, material requirements, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support and field expertise to the sales team when needed.
• Assist with change orders and project modifications.

Materials & Inventory Management

• Coordinate material ordering, delivery schedules, and job-site logistics.
• Verify material quantities and specifications prior to project start.
• Track labor and material costs
• Prevent waste and left
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor material costs

Quality Assurance & Safety

• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and company standards.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and document project progress.
• Promote and enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Maintain detailed project records, photos, and completion documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in residential roofing, siding, exterior remodeling, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, siding products, installation methods, and building codes.
• Proven project management and scheduling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read contracts, blueprints, and construction specifications.
• Proficiency with CRM, project management, and production scheduling software.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license, with a clean record is required.

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling management experience.
• Experience working with in-home sales organizations.
• OSHA certification or construction safety training.
