Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation teams during window and door projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols
- Install new windows/doors according to the manufacturer's specifications, Seal and weather-proof
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that the product is installed properly
- Put out signs for brand awareness and remove when completed

- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely while coordinating the movement of large or awkwardly shaped materials
- Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations
- Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, photos, and other required documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety regulations at all times
- Provide mentorship to junior installers by sharing technical skills such as schematics reading, fabrication techniques, and remodeling best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in glass installation, door hanging, framing carpentry, remodeling, or related construction fields
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and caulking guns
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during material handling or site setup
- Experience with fixture installation, including cabinetry or electrical components, is preferred
- Familiarity with metal stud framing and drywall techniques for interior or exterior projects
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate teams effectively and communicate clearly with clients.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Electrical experience related to window/door sensors or electrical hardware integration
- Maintenance Person experience across various trades
- Experience working with remodeling projects involving multiple disciplines
