Customer Service Escort

Join our team and help create an amazing first impression for our guests! As a Customer Service Escort, you’ll greet arrivals, guide them to their campsites, and make sure everything is set up just right. This role combines guest service, light outdoor work, and teamwork to keep our campground running smoothly and looking great.
Responsibilities:
- Escort guests to their sites and assist with hookups
- Check sites for cleanliness and pick up micro-trash
- Verify car tags and ensure all visitors are registered
- Deliver firewood, pizza, thank-you notes, and other items as needed
- Provide friendly, professional service to every guest
- Keep golf carts clean and ready at the end of your shift
Qualifications:
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and driving a golf cart
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Customer service or campground experience a plus
