Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for systems including computers, POS, phones, printers, AV, structured wiring, and more
- Recognize and escalate incidents using established procedures
- Perform minor hardware repairs and software updates
- Install, upgrade, and maintain IT hardware and software
- Troubleshoot urgent, mission-critical issues during shifts
- Track and document support requests clearly
- Assist in training and supporting new team members
- Participate in on-call rotation once trained
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of desktop systems and hardware, with exposure to virtual environments (Proxmox preferred)
- Strong desire to learn and grow; training available for motivated candidates
- Resourceful, proactive, and excellent at problem-solving
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended time
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexible schedule including AM/PM, weekends, and holidays
- Prior structured cabling experience is a plus, not required
