Fulfillment Associate - Day Shift
Location: Pineville
Mt. Mitchell Foods, a leading dry foods co-packer in Pineville, is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing first shift team. This is not a remote or hybrid position. We specialize in high-speed precision packing, custom blending, and fulfillment services for a variety of food and non-food products.

What You’ll Do
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
- Support fulfillment operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Contribute to maintaining quality and efficiency while adapting to a busy and ever-changing workplace.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment: Thrive in a setting where things are not always perfect, but teamwork and problem-solving make the difference.
- Experience is a plus: Prior experience in fulfillment is preferred but not required.
- Experience with ShipStation and Shopify is a plus: Familiarity with these platforms is highly valued for fulfillment-related tasks.
