Mt. Mitchell Foods is hiring two experienced sales professionals to drive growth, one focused on the East and one on the West.
This is an individual contributor role with full responsibility for developing new business across retail and co-manufacturing channels.
We are a fast-growing food manufacturer and fulfillment partner with our own emerging brands and a strong co-manufacturing platform.
- Develop new retail accounts across grocery, mass, club, convenience, and specialty channels
- Build and manage relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributors
- Secure new product placements and support in-store performance
- Identify and close new co-manufacturing opportunities
- Own and deliver against a defined revenue target
- 5 years of food or beverage CPG sales experience
- Proven success selling into grocery, mass (Walmart/Target), or club (Costco/Sam’s Club)
- Established relationships with buyers, brokers, or key distributors
- Demonstrated ability to secure placements and drive sell-through
- Self-directed and results-oriented
Candidates with primarily internal account management experience are unlikely to be a fit.
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission with meaningful upside.
Remote, based in your region (East or West U.S.)
