Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events and activities held at the clubhouse
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for food, beverages, or merchandise sales
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the clubhouse, including outdoor spaces and food service areas
- Must be 21yrs and able to work Closings, Weekends and Holidays
Experience
- Previous experience in Golf / Clubhouse preferred but not required
- Proven ability in guest services within hospitality or recreation environments
- Background in retail sales, food service, or resort operations demonstrates versatility and customer focus
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing cash transactions ensures efficient sales operations
Pay: $20.00 per hour
