- Answer phones and direct calls as needed
- Assist service and sales customers with basic questions
- Maintain accurate records and receipts
- Balance daily transactions
- Support the service and accounting teams with administrative tasks
- Keep the cashier area neat, organized, and customer-ready
- Provide excellent customer service at every interaction
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
