Position Overview
Love coffee? Love the mountains? Combine your passions as a Barista at Wildflowers, Mt. Hood Meadows' cozy alpine café. We're looking for friendly, fast-paced, and detail-oriented individuals to craft high-quality beverages and provide warm, welcoming service to our guests fueling up for a day on the mountain.
In this role, you won't just be making coffee, you'll be a part of the daily experience that makes our resort feel like home. From perfectly pulled espresso shots to quick-serve breakfast sandwiches and smoothies, your focus will be on consistency, cleanliness, and guest connection. Whether you're serving a first-time visitor or a mountain regular, your role helps set the tone for their day.
This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year barista experience preferred
- At least 16 years of age
- Oregon Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one
- Ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Able to commit to work weekends and holidays during winter operations
Compensation:
- Starting Wage: $ 17.25 hourly Tips

Salary : $7,120 - $9,040
