Role Description
This is a full-time on-site or remote role for an Ocean (NVOCC) and Air Import/Export Sales representative. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting customized freight and logistics solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating contracts, coordinating with operations and customer service teams, monitoring shipments, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes to provide consultative support to clients and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Ocean (NVOCC) and Air import/export logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management.
- Proven sales, business development, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and other sales management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams for seamless client support.
- Thorough understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field; equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
