Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards right front of guest.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the server to accommodate special guest requests.
- Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation while maintaining safety protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
