Construction Laborer / Concrete Finisher
MT Dirt & Construction LLC is a small, family-owned civil construction company looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer / Concrete Finisher to join our team.
Position
Construction Laborer / Concrete Finisher
Pay
$18–$25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Job Responsibilities
● Perform general construction labor and jobsite duties
● Assist with concrete preparation, placement, finishing, and cleanup
● Form, pour, screed, float, edge, and finish concrete
● Assist with setting and stripping concrete forms
● Prepare job sites and materials for concrete work
● Operate hand and power tools safely
● Assist with excavation, grading, and other civil construction activities as needed
● Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
● Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
● Work effectively as part of a small construction crew
● Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
● Previous construction or concrete experience preferred
● Experience finishing concrete is a plus
● Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
● Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
● Ability to follow directions and work safely
● Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
● Valid driver’s license preferred
● Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with others

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime depending on project needs.
Location: Montana
