Requirements / Qualifications

Speech Language Pathology License,Transcripts with proof of Masters Degree in Communication Disorders or CFY Eligible. Any applicant with an out-of-state Speech Language Pathology License, Masters Degree in Communication Disorders may apply. Upon an offer of employment, you must provide your valid license from the Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Board and official copies of undergraduate & graduate transcripts. Unofficial copies of transcripts are acceptable in the Edjoin application, but official transcripts are required upon an offer of employment.

  • Copy of Transcript (Transcript with proof of Masters Degree in Communication Disorders.)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two, less than 2 years old.)
  • Resume (One to two pages in length)
