Route Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Route Coordinator to join our dynamic team at MT Delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules to ensure efficient operations within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes. The Route Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels while supporting production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain route schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to optimize delivery routing and efficiency.
• Utilize spread sheets and routing software proficiently.
• Monitor inventory control processes to to maintain on time deliveries.
• Communicate with customers to provide scheduling dates.
• Prepare reports on scheduling performance and inventory status for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scheduling, inventory management, or related fields.
• Excellent customer communicate skills.
• Knowledge warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using various software applications related to scheduling and inventory control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.74 - $22.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
