We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to lead and coordinate resident care services within our community. This vital role involves insuring staff follow care plans, supervising staff, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, personalized care in a warm and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive experience in senior or long-term care settings, and a genuine passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor caregiving staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily operations related to resident care, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Foster a supportive environment by engaging residents in activities that promote mental, emotional, and social well-being.
- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or group home settings with a focus on senior or long-term care.
- Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated leadership in managing caregiving teams.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care, memory care strategies, and person-centered approaches.
- Familiarity with following care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Experience with medication administration, home & community care services, and operations management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with residents’ families and healthcare professionals.
- Relevant certifications in nursing or social work are highly desirable; prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Join us at Mt.
