Fall Head Cheering Coach
Qualifications
Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor student-athletes and collaborate effectively with school administration, parents, and community members.
The coach must serve as an appropriate role model for student athletes through his/her instructions and actions.
Certifications
Valid CHRC
Education
The coach must be at least 20 years of age, or a high school graduate.
Experience
Previous coaching or competitive cheerleading experience at the high school, collegiate, or All-Star level. Knowledge of NFHS and MPA Rules. Demonstrate ability to instruct and supervise student athletes.
Working Schedule
Reports To: Director of Athletics
Terms of Employment: As determined annually by the District.
Evaluation: Completed annually by Director of Athletics
FLSA Status: Exempt/Non-exempt
