We are seeking focused, production-driven team members to join our manufacturing team as Pre-Roll Machine Operator. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality pre-rolled products that meet Bloom’s standards for consistency, safety, and compliance. Whether you bring prior cannabis production experience or are eager to learn, this is an opportunity to grow within a fast-moving and expanding industry. This position is Full-Time, and will be scheduled 40 hours per week.

Position Overview
The Pre-Roll Machine Operator operates and maintains automated or semi-automated pre-roll machines that produce cannabis joints. This role ensures product quality, consistent output, and adherence to company standards, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Pre-Roll Production Crewmember duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Set up, operate, and monitor pre-roll machines to produce cannabis pre-rolls according to production targets and specifications.
- Load and handle cannabis material, cones, and other components accurately.
- Inspect finished pre-rolls for weight, consistency, and overall quality.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Document production data, machine settings, and quality checks in required logs or digital systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Identify mechanical or process issues and promptly report them to maintenance or supervisory staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with cannabis production regulations (preferred but not required)
- Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry
