Mt. Baker Nephrology Associates
Full-Time Nephrologist | Partnership Track
Mt. Baker Nephrology Associates (MBNA) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist to join our growing practice in Bellingham, Washington.
MBNA and Snohomish Kidney Institute (SKI) have combined to form one of the largest independent nephrology groups serving communities north of Seattle. The physician-owned organization has a growing presence across northwest Washington and is actively expanding.
Our nephrologists are highly motivated, collaborative, and well respected throughout the region. Physicians hold medical directorship and administrative leadership positions within hospitals, dialysis units, and kidney-care programs, providing opportunities to build both a strong clinical practice and a meaningful leadership role.

Our principal Bellingham hospital relationship is with PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center.
Physician schedules include dedicated outpatient, dialysis, hospital, and administrative time.

We value physicians who are comfortable in a performance-oriented, physician-owned environment where initiative, productivity, and practice growth are directly rewarded.
For a motivated nephrologist, the opportunity is substantial. Physicians have the ability to grow their own clinical practice, develop additional service lines, take on leadership roles, and participate financially in the value they help create.
Compensation & Opportunity
We offer a competitive compensation package including:
- Competitive base salary

We are looking for physicians interested not only in practicing nephrology, but also in helping shape the continued growth of the group. Partners participate in the strategic direction and financial success of the organization.
